Redevelopment will create a vibrant mixed-use hub for the benefit of all Etobicoke. The community will benefit from the many new amenities, experiences, and uses on-site. This includes shopping, residential homes, all-seasons parklands, arts and culture programming, fitness and wellness facilities, restaurants, and community uses.

We have developed a concept plan that incorporates feedback and integrates these different elements into a complete community.
