Cloverdale has always been much more than just a mall. It’s been a vibrant community hub that has served locals and showcased creativity across generations. So it’s important for us to seek input and advice from the community every step of the way.
With this in mind, there is now a dedicated exhibit space within the mall – the Cloverdale Common – to host community events, run arts and culture programming, and seek feedback throughout the journey. We invite you to drop by and say hello.

The Common is the designated space within the mall created to seek the community's feedback regarding the proposed Cloverdale Mall redevelopment. It will also serve as an arts and cultural hub, providing a range of programming through Arts Etobicoke and our community partners.
