Cloverdale has always been much more than just a mall. It’s been a vibrant community hub that has served locals and showcased creativity across generations. So it’s important for us to seek input and advice from the community every step of the way.
With this in mind, there is now a dedicated exhibit space within the mall – the Cloverdale Common – to host community events, run arts and culture programming, and seek feedback throughout the journey. We invite you to drop by and say hello.

To ensure the community’s voice is heard throughout the process, QuadReal is opening The Cloverdale Common, a community & creative space. It’s a place for education and entertainment — and the latest on the redevelopment of Cloverdale Mall.
