Thai Express is more that just great food, it’s dinner and a show. The custom-built woks shoot up flame and wows your sights. With so many menu items and flavour combinations that you can create, they have moved past the steam tables with red lamps and are providing a new kind of dining experience available in the food court. I especially love Thai Express because they use fresh ingredients and its made right there and then. Their menu has something for everyone, from flavourful super spicy options to healthy yummy vegan options. There are some menu hacks that I love for adding more variety and flavour to my order. Pad Thai and General Thai Chicken are my favourites on their menu and I love combining the two. Next time try ordering General Pad Thai for the best of both worlds. For a flavourful Surf N Turf, add some extra beef to your Shrimp Ginger Stir-Fry. Add a little extra love to your Thai Noodle Soup by dropping in some extra dumplings, perfect for a cold winter day. One that I have not tried yet but sounds delish is General Chicken in Green Curry on noodles. Now that’s a mouthful to say and savour! Of course along with these menu hacks you can adjust the spice level to your choosing for a total game changing experience.
