Prezzie for the Bestie
Posted on: December 19, 2019
It’s hard to believe that Christmas is less than a week away! Since some of you might be on the hunt for the perfect gift for each person on your list, I have put together ideas for a very important person in your life: your bestie. She’s the one that never judges, is undeniably trustworthy, the one you can be completely goofy around without her running away and will love you for you. See below for suggestions on how to spoil your bestie this holiday.
- Remember those “best friends” heart shaped necklaces that you would split with each other or those woven friendship bracelets? Your friends’ style has probably become more sophisticated since. Peoples has a great selection of holiday gifts for her. Whether it’s a necklace or a bracelet, keep in mind her favourite gemstone stone as they have a variety of gemstone jewellery worth looking at.
- Coffee table books are a great gift idea. They look pretty on your coffee table and are great conversation starters for when you have guests over. One I have my eye on is ‘Rihanna’ by Rihanna, available at Coles. It stands over 16 inches tall and weighs 15 pounds. It’s 504 pages of 1,050 colour images that showcases her life.
- The Bose wireless headphones from The Source are great for the music lover friend. They come in a variety of colours and are super comfy. She’ll thank you when she doesn’t have to deal with tangled wires anymore. What I really like about these headphones is that they are optimised with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant which makes getting info even easier.
- Hidden Gems is literally 2 gifts in 1. Have her sit back and relax while she lights up one of these amazing smelling candles. The candles are made with natural oils and provide a calming and stress relieving atmosphere. Inside each candle, there’s a ring valued up to $9000. Aside from candles they also have bath bombs and jewellery options such as earrings and bracelets. This unique gift can be found at Showcase.
Once you have picked up your gift(s), head over to the ESS Giftwrapping kiosk (located near Koodo), to have the friendly volunteers wrap your prezzies with a cute tiffany bow.
