All Things Gingerbread!

Don’t you just love gingerbread? It’s the intermingling of sweet molasses, honey, sugar, and warm spices like cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger; the family activity of building and decorating a gingerbread house (our previous blog on this holiday project); and the baking of decadent gingerbread cookies (see below).
I guess you can say that we have officially “Ginger-Snapped” at Cloverdale! With Santa meeting and taking photos with families in our LIFE-SIZE Holiday Gingerbread House, and the celebration of his arrival—a gingerbread crafting workshop and dance party, it only makes sense this holiday season to unwrap all things gingerbread!
