Drift away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and let go of stress with Yoga classes at The Cloverdale Common in partnership with ALIVE Yoga.

Whether it’s your first time on a mat or you’ve been practicing for as long as you can remember, these fun and creative yoga classes will help improve flexibility, strength and mobility.

Classes are led by experienced, fully certified yoga teacher, who is there to ensure you feel confident, comfortable and challenged.

Complimentary Adult Yoga classes will take place every Sunday from 10:30am to 11:30am.

A limited supply of Yoga mats are available to use on site.  Feel free to bring along your own mat.

This exhibition aims to connect Akin with the Cloverdale Common through the display of local art works. Artists from Akin’s Lakeshore Studios will display works that represent Etobicoke and its arts community.

This exhibition, running from January 17th to March 15th, will include an opening reception, artists talk, and art workshop.

The After-School Art Class at the Cloverdale Common is a weekly program providing arts education for youth ages 9+.  Each week, youth are exposed to a variety of new art skills including painting, drawing, sculpture, collage and printmaking. Stay Fit at Cloverdale with FREE Seniors’ Fitness Classes

Every Friday 10:00 am - 11:00 am from January 24th to April 10th

ESS Support Services is a not-for-profit agency committed to supporting seniors in their desire to remain in their own homes in the Etobicoke community.

This gentle chair exercise class is designed for adults 55+ who have balance concerns, or who are just starting to exercise for the first time. Classes will be taught by a certified senior fitness instructor.

Register with ESS Support Services by calling 416.243.0127. A Get Active Questionnaire and Waiver must be completed during pre-assessment. This program is made possible by the City of Toronto.

As Cloverdale Mall prepares to undergo a major transformation, it is important to understand how this space serves the current and future needs of people across a wide range of ages. For this event, participants will use recyclable materials to build a city that is fun and accessible to residents young and old. So whether you are 8 or 80 come join us this Family Day weekend to share your thoughts on how we might shape a future that is fun, welcoming, and accessible regardless of age.
