QUADREAL PROPERTY GROUP HAS SUBMITTED DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF CLOVERDALE MALL. It’s a long-term vision that will be shaped by the entire community, including local residents, business owners, and our shoppers. After engaging in a comprehensive public consultation and hosting three public Open Houses, QuadReal submitted Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications in June 2020 for the redevelopment of Cloverdale Mall (250 The East Mall and 2 & 10 East Mall Crescent). The City of Toronto Planning department will be hosting a Community Consultation Meeting to provide information and hear input on the proposed development applications.
