How often are you updating the occupancy information?
We are receiving real time live updates on how many guests are in the shopping centre via the traffic counting system. This information is updated every 5 minutes on the website.

What happens when Cloverdale has reached different levels of capacity?
Once capacity reaches the “Plan Ahead” stage, Cloverdale’s security team will remain diligent in ensuring safety protocols are being followed including physical distancing, proper mask use and shopping centre capacity is set for a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

When we “Approach Maximum Capacity”, you can expect our screening ambassadors to actively monitor entrances and wait times may be extended prior to entering the shopping centre.  Please expect delays and potential lineups outside.

How long do I have to wait in line if the centre is at maximum capacity?
We are monitoring levels closely to ensure wait times are as short as possible, however we are unable to give an exact wait time when occupancy is at maximum capacity.

What is the capacity of the shopping centre?
Our maximum capacity is currently 500 people.

Does the capacity change as the government levels change?
We will adjust our maximum capacity to adhere to current government guidelines.  Our online occupancy counter will reflect any changes to our maximum capacity.

How do your stores manage capacity? Are you able to provide capacity for every store?
Each store is responsible for managing their own capacities and lineup, as directed by Public Health.

Is the active screening process still in place?
We are required to actively screen patrons before they enter the shopping centre, as per instructions from the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health. Our screening ambassadors will be stationed at each open entrance, safely distanced, to ask screening questions in-person before permitting guests who meet the criteria for entry.  We encourage you to take the online screening in advance of your visit. Simply show the “green check mark” and you may enter the shopping centre.

I was here earlier and I completed the screening, can I bypass the line?
Screening must be completed every time you enter the shopping centre, regardless of the last time you visited.  Please wait to be screened in person or present the completed online screening.

Can I come in to pick up something that I ordered from a retailer?
Cloverdale has a designated pick-up point inside the shopping centre, located in the centre lobby near Guest Services for participating retailers.  However, we do recommend you utilize Curb-side Pick-up where offered/available by our retailers.  Please park in one of our designated “Curb-side Pick-up” parking stalls and contact the retailer directly to arrange the pick-up.

Which entrances are open?
Our open entrances are Entrance 1 (near Freedom Mobile and Service Ontario), Entrance 3 (near the LCBO) and Entrance 7 (near Metro and Home Hardware).  Please enter via the entrance closest to your chosen retailer.

How do I know which stores and food services are open?
Please note that our services, shops and food services may operate on reduced hours or are open only select days of the week.  Retailers may also be offering curb-side pick-up or virtual appointments.  While our best efforts have been made to provide the latest information on our Notice on COVID-19 webpage, as this situation is ever-changing, it is suggested that you check with the individual tenant directly prior to your visit.
