CAPTURE A SWEET MOMENT WITH SANTA!

There’s fun to be had with Santa in our Holiday Gingerbread House.

Pre-register, using the calendar below, to reserve your spot to meet and have a sweet photo taken with Santa in his Holiday Gingerbread House.

PRE-REGISTRATION
Dates that are highlighted on the calendar have open spots available to book.  If the date is grayed out, all available pre-registration spots have sold out for that day.  In the event all dates are grayed out, please check back daily for cancellations.  Should an appointment become available you will see the date and time highlighted on the calendar below.

WALK-INS
Walk-in visits will be available each day on a first-come, first-serve basis, while time permits.  To avoid long wait times we recommend coming in during the weekdays and earlier in the season.  Please note:  Walk-ins will not be available 30-minutes before set break times and 30 minutes before closing times.  Please check with Santa’s helpers upon arrival.

HERE’S THE SCOOP:

• Within Santa’s Gingerbread House, families can visit with Santa and then pose for a festive family photo, while seated beside Santa on his Gingerbread loveseat.
• Payment for your family photo package (see package options below) will be collected upon arrival.  Debit and credit preferred.
• Use the time slots on the calendar to pick your preferred date and time.
• Five-minute reservations are available in 10 minute intervals.  Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in with Santa’s helpers.
• If you arrive outside of your scheduled time, you will be asked to join the walk-in line or reschedule your appointment (subject to availability).
• If you do not receive your email confirmation after 24 hours, please email [email protected] with your name and the date/time of your selected reservation.
• Santa Photo Package options are listed on the booking site and below the calendar on this site.
• Maximum number of guests permitted in the Holiday Gingerbread House at one time is six.

November 19–December 23
Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 7:30 pm
Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
December 24
9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Santa is away feeding his reindeer during the following times:
Monday to Friday 1:30 pm to 2:10 pm and 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm
Saturdays 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm
Sundays 2:20 pm to 3:00 pm
December 24 12:20 pm to 1:00 pm

Ginger-Snapped Contest Short Rules 

🎅Head to Cloverdale Mall between November 19-December 17, 2022
🎅Snap a photo from our Ginger-Snapped Holiday Experience at Cloverdale (with Santa, outside our Holiday Gingerbread House or at any of our festive settings at Cloverdale).
🎅Share your photo on your Instagram feed and tag @cloverdalemall #GingerSnappedHoliday
🎅Maximum of five (5) different and separate photo entries per person.
🎅No purchase required.⁠
🎅Must be following @cloverdalemall to be eligible.
🎅Social media profiles need to be set to public in order for Cloverdale Mall to be able to see your photo entries.
🎅Contest entry period begins on November 19, 2021, at 10:00 am EST and ends on December 17, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. EST (“End Time”).  QuadReal may, in its sole discretion, extend the End Time for the Contest.  Entries received after the End Time may be disqualified by QuadReal in its sole discretion.⁠
🎅There is a total of one (1) prize available to be won as follows:  A $500 Cloverdale Mall Gift Card and a sweet gingerbread-themed surprise.
🎅Skill-testing question required.  Potential winner must sign and deliver a release prior to receiving the prize.⁠
🎅Open to residents of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) only, over the age of majority in the province at time of entry.⁠
🎅One winner will be selected from all entries received in a random draw on December 19, 2022.
🎅Prize must be picked up in person at Cloverdale Mall within five business days of being notified.⁠
🎅Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received before contest closes.⁠
