Free Arts Workshops at the ArtworxTO Hub West

Join us for free Arts Workshops with MUSE Arts at the ArtworxTO Hub West located in the Cloverdale Common.

Our Homes, Our Communities is an art-based community engagement project exploring community members’ ideas of what makes a home: a place of shelter, protection, refuge, comfort, family and community.

Participants will use recycled food boxes and other mixed media materials to create and re-create home and ideas of it.  The final creations will be part of a collective installation which will be exhibited at ArtworxTO Hub West.

MUSE Arts is an artist-run Community Arts Organization engaging communities meaningfully and actively in hands-on, high-quality arts education integrated to issues of Social Justice, community and peacebuilding.

These workshops are for all ages.  Materials for crafting will be provided to attendees.  Attendees may bring their own cardboard from cereal boxes or milk cartons if they wish.
