Arts Etobicoke—Open Call for Latin American Artists
Accepting Applicants Now through April 5.
Arts Etobicoke is seeking Latin American artists who live, work or grew up in Etobicoke to exhibit their work as part of our “Roots” exhibition series. This series celebrates the diverse cultural backgrounds of people in Etobicoke with a specific focus on origins, culture, and migration. We look to honour, explore, and learn about these differences, while celebrating our shared experiences together. The second show of the series will highlight Latin American heritage.
The exhibition will take place at Cloverdale Common in Cloverdale Mall.
The deadline to apply for Arts Etobicoke’s Latin American Artist Open Call is: April 5, 2023.
They are accepting all 2-dimensional, sculptural works, multi-media and performative or interactive works exploring themes of origins, nationality, cultural expressions and ancestry of Latin American artists who migrated to Canada.
