FREEZE FRAME WITH SANTA!

The coolest way to capture the Holiday spirit is in a Freeze Frame moment with Santa.
Pre-register, using the calendar below, to reserve your spot to chill and have a photo taken with Santa in his icy, cool arctic forest.
PRE-REGISTRATION
Dates that are highlighted on the calendar have open spots available to book. If the date is grayed out, all available pre-registration spots have sold out for that day. In the event all dates are grayed out, please check back daily for cancellations. Should an appointment become available you will see the date and time highlighted on the calendar below.
WALK-INS
Walk-in visits will be available each day on a first come, first served basis, while time permits. To avoid long wait times we recommend coming in during the weekdays and earlier in the season. Please note: Walk-ins will not be available 30-minutes before set break times and 30 minutes before closing times. Please check with Santa’s helpers upon arrival.
HERE’S THE CHILLY DETAILS:
- Families can visit with Santa and then pose for a festive family photo, while seated beside Santa.
- Payment for your family photo package (see package options below) will be collected upon arrival. Debit and credit preferred.
- Use the time slots on the calendar to pick your preferred date and time.
- Five-minute reservations are available in 10 minute intervals. Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in with Santa’s helpers.
- If you arrive outside of your scheduled time, you will be asked to join the walk-in line or reschedule your appointment (subject to availability).
- If you do not receive your email confirmation after 24 hours, please email [email protected] with your name and the date/time of your selected reservation.
- Santa Photo Package options are listed on the booking site and below the calendar on this site.
- Maximum number of guests permitted at the icy, cool forest at one time is six.

Snowflake Scavenger Hunt
December 1 to 17
Are you ready for a chillin’ adventure like no other?
How to participate:
- Pick up a Snowflake Tracker at Guest Services, available during mall hours between December 1 to 17, 2023.
- Venture through Cloverdale and keep your eyes peeled for giant snowflakes hidden throughout the stores.
- As you find the giant snowflakes, jot down their locations on your Snowflake Tracker.
- Once you find them all, return your completed Snowflake Tracker to Guest Services to be entered for your chance to win a $500 Cloverdale Mall Gift Card.
- Contest closes December 17, 2023 at 6:00 pm EST.
Snowflake Scavenger Hunt Contest Short Rules
❄️No purchase required.
❄️Contest begins on December 1, 2023, at 10:00 am EST and ends on December 17, 2023 at 6:00 pm EST (“End Time”). QuadReal may, in its sole discretion, extend the End Time for the Contest. Entries received after the End Time may be disqualified by QuadReal in its sole discretion.
❄️There is a total of one (1) prize available to be won as follows: A $500 Cloverdale Mall Gift Card.
❄️Skill-testing question required. Potential winner must sign and deliver a release prior to receiving the prize.
❄️Open to residents of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) only, over the age of majority in the province of Ontario at time of entry.
❄️One winner will be selected from all entries received in a random draw on December 18, 2023.
❄️Prize must be picked up in person at Cloverdale Mall within five business days of being notified.
❄️Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received before contest closes. One entry per person.
