Only applications that are considered to compliment our overall tenant mix will be contacted. To determine if your store concept compliments the overall tenant mix of our Centre, click on Leasing and then Permanent and review the "Information at a Glance" area.

In addition, to qualify for a short-term store unit you must be able to provide a minimum of $5,000,000 in general liability insurance naming Cloverale Mall Inc., bcIMC Realty Corporation and Bentall Limited Partnership LP as additional insured.
