There are 19 Paralympic Summer sports and five Paralympic Winter sports which include alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, biathlon, sledge hockey and wheelchair curling. Cloverdale Mall Gives The Canadian Paralympic Committee A Hand

Where: Visit Our Hands Up Canada Display in Centre Court Near A&W
  Together with the Canadian Paralympic Committee and 24 other shopping centres managed by Bentall LP, we have launched ‘Hands Up Canada’, a partnership to bring together shopping centres, communities and schools to raise funds and support for Canada’s Paralympic Winter athletes. ‘Hands Up Canada’ engages students from across the nation, asking them to decorate a ‘hand’ in support of Canada’s Paralympic Winter athletes. These ‘hands’ are then sold for a $2 donation in our shopping centre. `Hands` will be sold during our special events through the year and are also available at any time in our Mall Management Office, located in the corridor near Scotiabank.
